IB Metaverse Mall — Rental Terms
Virtual Space Rental Terms for the InfinityBlockchain Metaverse Mall
The IB Metaverse Mall is currently in development. These terms govern rentals once the Mall goes live. Rental bookings made before full launch will be honored upon Mall activation.
1. Parties
- Operator: InfinityBlockchain LLC, 30 N Gould St STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA
- Renter: The registered user completing a rental booking through the Platform
- Platform: infinityblockchain.io and mall.infinityblockchain.io
2. Available Rental Spaces

All fees are in USD. Prices are subject to change. The fee displayed at time of booking is binding for the current billing period.
3. Rental Period & Renewal
- Rentals are billed on a monthly basis from the date of activation
- Rentals auto-renew monthly unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
- To cancel, the Renter must submit a cancellation request through the Platform dashboard before the renewal date
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle the Renter to a refund of the current period
- The Operator may adjust pricing for future billing periods with 14 days’ advance notice
4. Activation & Content Upload
- Rental spaces are activated upon payment confirmation
- The Renter may upload content (images, banners, target URLs) immediately upon activation via the Platform dashboard
- Content changes go live in the Mall in real time
- Supported formats and maximum file sizes are specified in the dashboard
5. Content Requirements & Restrictions
All content must comply with applicable laws. The Operator is not responsible for the legal compliance of Renter content.
The following content is strictly prohibited:
- Content that constitutes an unregistered offer of securities or financial instruments
- False, misleading, or deceptive advertising claims
- Content that violates applicable consumer protection, advertising, or financial promotion laws
- Illegal content including but not limited to content promoting illegal activities, violence, or discrimination
- Content infringing third-party intellectual property rights
- Adult content, gambling content, or content directed at minors
- Malware, phishing links, or any content designed to harm visitors
Crypto-related advertising specifically:
- Must clearly identify itself as advertising
- Must not promise guaranteed returns or risk-free investments
- Must include appropriate risk warnings as required by applicable law
- Must not advertise tokens or assets that require regulatory approval the advertiser does not possess
6. Content Moderation & Removal
- The Operator reserves the right to review, reject, or remove any content that violates these Rental Terms or applicable law, without prior notice
- Removed content due to policy violations does not entitle the Renter to a refund
- Repeat violations may result in permanent rental termination and account suspension
- The Operator is not obligated to proactively monitor all content but will act upon reports of violations
7. Analytics & Reporting
- The Operator provides click and interaction analytics for each rented space via the Platform dashboard
- Analytics data is provided for informational purposes. The Operator does not guarantee specific visitor numbers, click-through rates, or commercial results
- Visitor data collected through the Mall is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy
8. No Guarantee of Visitors or Results
The Operator does not guarantee a minimum number of Mall visitors, clicks, or conversions from rented spaces. Rental fees are for platform access only, not commercial results.
9. Availability & Downtime
- The Operator aims to maintain Mall availability on a 24/7 basis but does not guarantee uninterrupted access
- Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where reasonably practicable
- If a technical fault on the Operator’s side causes Mall unavailability for more than 72 consecutive hours in a billing month, a pro-rated credit may be issued at the Operator’s discretion
- The Operator is not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events
10. Refunds
- Monthly rental fees are non-refundable once the space has been activated and content has been uploaded
- Cancellation of a rental stops future billing from the next billing cycle but does not entitle the Renter to a refund of the current period
- Spaces removed for content violations are non-refundable
- Technical failure refunds are governed by Section 9 above
11. Renter Representations & Warranties
By completing a rental booking, the Renter confirms that:
- They have full legal authority to enter into this agreement
- All content uploaded complies with applicable laws in the Renter’s jurisdiction and in the jurisdictions of Mall visitors
- They will not use the rented space to advertise unregistered securities or unlawful financial products
- They accept sole responsibility for the legal compliance of their advertising content
- They have read and accepted the Platform’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy
12. Indemnification
The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless InfinityBlockchain LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, fines, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
- The Renter’s use of the rental spaces, including any content displayed or linked therein
- Any violation of applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights resulting from the Renter’s content
- Any breach of these Rental Terms by the Renter
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InfinityBlockchain LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.
- The Operator’s total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising under or in connection with these Rental Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Renter during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim
- The Operator assumes no liability for the loss, corruption, or unavailability of virtual content uploaded by the Renter, including but not limited to images, banners, product listings, and associated metadata
- The Operator shall not be liable for service interruptions, including scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, infrastructure failures, or disruptions caused by third-party service providers
- The Operator is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the actions, omissions, or content of third parties, including other renters or Mall visitors
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Rental Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
- Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Rental Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, USA
- Both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objections based on inconvenient forum
15. Changes to These Terms
The Operator may update these Rental Terms with 14 days’ advance notice for material changes. Continued use of the rented space after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
16. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Rental Terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond the reasonable control of the affected party, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, acts of God, epidemics, or pandemics
- War, terrorism, civil unrest, or armed conflict
- Government actions, sanctions, embargoes, or regulatory changes
- Internet outages, cyberattacks, or widespread infrastructure failures
- Power outages, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions
The affected party shall use reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact and resume performance as soon as practicable. If a force majeure event continues for more than sixty (60) days, either party may terminate the affected rental by written notice.
17. Compliance & Security Standards
The IB Metaverse Mall platform and all rental services operate under the following compliance and security standards:
- ISO 27001 Standards — Renter data, uploaded content, and analytics information are managed in accordance with ISO 27001 information security management standards, including access controls, secure storage, and incident response procedures.
- GDPR / DSGVO Compliant — Personal data collected during the rental process (registration, billing, analytics) is processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). EU/EEA renters may exercise their data subject rights as described in our Privacy Policy.
- SSL/TLS Encrypted — All communications between renters and the Mall platform, including content uploads, payment processing, and dashboard access, are secured via SSL/TLS encryption.
- AML Compliant — Rental services are subject to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) verification where applicable. Rental transactions undergo anti-money laundering screening under the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and FinCEN regulations. Renters advertising cryptocurrency-related content must comply with applicable securities and advertising laws as outlined in our AML Policy.
