Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

2. Digital Products & Services

• Digital products are delivered electronically and instantly upon payment confirmation.
• Once accessed or downloaded, digital products are non-refundable.
• Subscription services: No partial refunds for unused portions.
• Commission earnings paid out are not refundable.

3. When Refunds May Be Granted

• Duplicate Charges — Same order charged more than once due to technical error.
• Service Not Delivered — Payment confirmed but product/service never made accessible.
• Technical Errors — Technical issue on our end prevented access and could not be resolved.
• Unauthorized Transactions — Payment made without account holder’s authorization.
• Material Misrepresentation — Product materially differs from what was described.

Users qualifying as consumers under EU Directive 2011/83/EU may have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, per Article 16(m), this right does not apply where:

• Delivery has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent, and
• The consumer has acknowledged the right of withdrawal is lost once delivery begins.

• IB Token purchases are final upon delivery to the registered MetaMask wallet address.
• The Company is not responsible for tokens sent to incorrect wallet addresses provided by the Purchaser.
• In the event of a technical failure preventing token delivery, the Company will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue within 14 business days or offer a refund.
• Crypto refunds, if approved in exceptional circumstances, are processed to the original wallet at the original transaction value in USD, not current market value.
• Network/gas fees may be deducted from any approved refund amount.

6. IB Metaverse Mall — Rental Refunds

• Monthly rental fees for advertising displays and shop spaces are non-refundable once the space has been activated and content uploaded.
• If a technical fault on the Company’s side prevents the rented space from functioning for more than 72 consecutive hours in a billing month, a pro-rated credit may be issued at the Company’s discretion.
• Cancellation of a rental stops future billing but does not entitle the user to a refund of the current billing period.
• Spaces removed for content policy violations are non-refundable.

7. Cryptocurrency Payment Refunds

Cryptocurrency payments are processed via CoinPayments. The following conditions apply to refunds for purchases made with cryptocurrency:

• Refunds for cryptocurrency payments will be issued in the original cryptocurrency or USD equivalent, at the Company’s sole discretion.
• Blockchain transaction fees (including but not limited to network/gas fees) incurred during the original payment are non-refundable.
• Refund processing times for cryptocurrency may vary depending on network congestion and blockchain confirmation requirements.
• The Company is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of purchase and the time of refund.
• Refunds will be sent to the original wallet address used for payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. How to Request a Refund

Contact contact@infinityblockchain.io with:

• Your account email address
• Order ID or transaction reference
• Date of purchase
• Detailed reason for the refund request

9. Commission Chargebacks

• If an order that generated commissions is refunded, associated commissions are reversed across all affected referral levels.
• Negative balances are carried forward and deducted from future earnings.

10. Non-Refundable Items

• Digital content accessed or downloaded
• Services already rendered or consumed
• Commission payouts already processed
• Affiliate Pro membership fees once activated
• IB Tokens delivered to MetaMask wallet
• Mall rental fees for activated spaces
• Unused portions of subscription periods

11. Dispute Resolution

• Contact us before initiating a chargeback. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably.
• Chargebacks without prior contact may result in account suspension.
• Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent termination and forfeiture of balances.

12. Changes to This Policy

The Company may modify this Policy at any time. The policy in effect at time of purchase applies to that transaction.

13. Compliance & Security Standards

All refund processing and transaction handling adheres to the following standards:

• ISO 27001 Standards — Refund-related personal and financial data is handled in accordance with ISO 27001 information security management standards, including secure processing, storage, and disposal of transaction records.
• GDPR / DSGVO Compliant — Refund requests from EU/EEA users are processed in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You may request deletion of your refund-related data pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for details.
• SSL/TLS Encrypted — All refund communications and payment data transmissions are protected by industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption. Payment processing via Stripe is PCI DSS compliant.
• AML Compliant — Refund processing includes identity verification where required under the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and FinCEN regulations. Suspicious refund patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence in accordance with our AML Policy.
